WEB Grand National 2024: Corach Rambler the favourite to retain title

1. Corach Rambler
The reigning champion is back to defend his crown and is the clear favourite to do so. He has been in excellent form this season and was an impressive winner of the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March. He is a classy horse with a great record over fences. He is the one to beat.
2. Delta Work
A multiple Grade 1 winner, Delta Work is another horse who comes into this race in good form. He was second to Corach Rambler in the Cheltenham Gold Cup and has also won the Irish Gold Cup this season. He is a strong stayer and will be a big threat to Corach Rambler.
3. A Plus Tard
A Plus Tard is another Cheltenham Festival winner this season, having landed the Champion Chase. He is a talented horse who has also won the Savills Chase at Leopardstown. He is not as proven over the Grand National fences as some of his rivals, but he is a class act and cannot be ruled out.
4. Galvin
Galvin is a lightly raced horse who has made a big impression this season. He won the National Hunt Chase at the Cheltenham Festival and has also won the Irish Grand National. He is a staying chaser with a big engine. He is one of the most exciting horses in training and could be a major player in this race.
